When I was a rookie buying my surf board the staff was wonderful... Begging me to buy a long board but due to traveling to and from queens on LIRR long board was not an option... The staff took my dilemma into consideration and helped me find the right board and while they were urging I get at least an 8 foot I settled on a 7 foot they convinced me to get the extra 2 inches so I bought an NSP 7-2 fun board.... That was 4 years ago now going to buy a fish board soon and this place is the spot I will shop hands down... Very knowledgeable.. so ya rookies not sure what to get.. these cats know what you need...
